Food and Service was outstanding. The restaurant was clean and decorated very well. It was a good location and ample parking around area.

The Best Salad Bar EVER! Most days I love the salad bar and sides as my meal. But the meat is so cravable also. The lamb the Brazilian steak mmm. But the salad bar I digress, so delicious. Fresh veggies, chimichurri, cheeses, relish items, olives, Parmesan mmm. I love this place so much. That was the best part of my dinner today. Was here for two hours and no one would serve my table. It took an hour to get steak pichana. I've never had bad service here before.

Everything was amazing. We surprised my virgo on Saturday with a dinner party. There was about 18 ppl total. The food was great. Be careful with any meat wrapped in bacon though because it was a bit salty & fatty. The salad bar is the best. Didn't really care for the bread but we'll be back. Wish they heated up asparagus from the salad bar. I loved that Flynn steak. The lobster bisque was superb, I was so full. I really liked our waitress Eva! She was nice, kind and seemed very caring. Service was as well as expected.

Would have included pictures but there was not one extra second to do so. The minute we sat down from the salad bar, the gaucho's surrounded us, looking to impregnate us with meats. In all fairness, my brother flipped his coin to the green side right away, prompting an onslaught of never ending choices. I would've liked to have delved more into my salad bar plate, including the oh so tasteful prosciutto I only got to get a few bites of, but that was ok. I needed to save room for everything else. The samplings we indulged in were filet mignon, lamb chops and bacon wrapped chicken breast, which I still have dreams about. Everything was superb. The only complaint we all had was that the first round of filet was a little over cooked and dry but they rebounded quite quickly with another round and everything from there on out was so flavorful and very juicy. Pretty open restaurant, with a lot going on constantly. Not a place where you might expect to have a quiet conversation amongst guests. It's fast and furious ... but equally as tasty. One warning ... do not go to the bathroom with a fellow patron. There is one stall per unit and not much room at all. The line adds up quickly so get up before it's too late. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as did my parents. We took them for their 49th wedding anniversary and they only had great things to say. If you aren't a big meat eater, though, you won't be able to take full advantage.
